Decriminalize Nature Charlotte is about changing how adults that use healing entheogenic plants, and fungi are treated by law enforcement, and stop the prosecution that follows.

Entheogens have been used safely by people since the beginning of time for healing the body, mind, and spirit.   Their medicine has been proven by University research like Harvard Medical Center, and others across the world. The USDA has many already approved, and you can even sign up to see if you qualify for the NIMH approved human research studies.

There is already 3 cities that have decriminalized entheogens, and well over 100 cities across the USA that are organizing, and working towards decriminalization as you read this.

It's time we take back our human right to heal ourselves through nature's gifts of entheogens. We are here to build support, and get our rights to self healing back though legal means. Eventually presenting favorable resolution propsals to the Charlotte city council that will get passed.

We are taking this proposal to the Charlotte City Council and with the support of community we plan to pass the inalienable right of freedom of consciousness.

Josh, David, and a few others met as fungiphiles, and amateur mycologist. Wanting to set up this charity to build support, and grow into a movement capable to pass our inalienable right of freedom of consciousness. This year we felt it was time to turm our dream into a reality by incorporating, and becoming a 501(c)3 nonprofit. We are there yet due to govrenmental requirements, but "Decriminalize Nature Charlotte Incorporated" is now on our way.

We are the public grass roots movement to take back our human rights to heal ourselves with Entheogens in Charlotte North Carlolina USA.

 

Our Founding team is made up of a small group of concerned adults tired of the prohibition, and prosecution, of the good, and wholsome search for higher meaning though natural plants, and fungi.
